We created this community research report to explore how Food Systems, Eugenics and Relationality connect in the settler United States. We believe that food is a right and should be free — as it had been for time immemorial, prior to the colonization of Turtle Island.

Our intention in stewarding this project was to offer this research and data to emphasize the value and necessity of funding food to build sustainable movements and relationships. We hope organizers, mutual aid groups, and community food programs can use the research and data in this report to allocate more funding and resources for the integral work of feeding our communities. 

The insights come directly from food workers, organizers, and community members across the settler states - and we hope the report serves as a supportive tool for your efforts.
